Waveforce LLC (“Waveforce,” “we,” or “us”) provides financing research, recommendations, and referrals for businesses. We review the information you share and compare factors such as business fees, customer terms, payment timing, and ease of use.

These terms apply to our website and recommendation and referral services. Separate agreements may apply to other Waveforce services or third-party products.

We do not charge your business for our research or recommendation. Financing partners sometimes pay us a referral fee when a referred business uses their financing. That referral fee does not add an extra charge to your business.

Financing itself may have costs. Providers may charge your business fees, and your customers may pay interest or other charges. A plan with no business fees does not necessarily mean your customer pays no interest. Review the provider’s final terms before enrolling.

Our recommendation reflects the business information you provide and the provider information available when we review your request. Fees, programs, and eligibility can change. We do not guarantee that our research includes every provider or that a recommendation is the lowest-priced option available anywhere.

If your current plan or another provider is a better fit based on our review, we will tell you. You decide whether to move forward. Requesting a recommendation does not enroll you in a financing program or commit you to use a provider.

You may use Waveforce only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. If you use a Waveforce account, you are also responsible for keeping it secure and for authorized activity under it.

Waveforce is intended for businesses and authorized business users. By using Waveforce, you represent that you have authority to act for the business you submit or manage.

• Provide accurate account, business, and workflow information.
• Use Waveforce only for lawful and authorized purposes.
• Maintain appropriate permissions for users and staff.
• Comply with applicable laws and third-party provider requirements.

Financing is provided by independent third parties under their own agreements. Those providers determine business eligibility, customer credit approval, loan amounts, rates, terms, fees, and funding rules. Waveforce does not make lending or credit decisions, issue loans, or collect your customers’ loan payments.

A recommendation, referral, or example on our website is not an approval or a binding financing offer. We do not guarantee approval, savings, increased sales, or a particular payment date. Examples and past results do not promise the same outcome for your business.

When you send us a request, we use your business and contact details to review it and respond. We may ask for more information and explain our recommendation by your selected written contact method, email or text. If you want to proceed, we can connect you with a financing partner for enrollment and support.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. Your choice of email or text for updates about your request is separate from permission to send marketing.

If you separately opt in, Waveforce LLC may contact you about its services, financing opportunities, and offers by the channels you authorize, including email, SMS, and phone. Marketing texts or calls using automated dialing or an artificial or prerecorded voice require the specific consent described when you opt in. Accepting these terms alone does not provide that consent.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to request a recommendation, use our services, or make a purchase. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a marketing text, using an email unsubscribe link, asking us during a call, or contacting us at support@waveforcepro.com. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You may not misuse Waveforce, interfere with the service, attempt to access systems without authorization, submit false or misleading information, or use Waveforce for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Waveforce, including our name, logo, website, software, design, and related materials, is owned by Waveforce or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership rights in Waveforce.

Waveforce Alerts are optional operational SMS messages. SMS consent is not bundled into these terms. Read the dedicated SMS Terms for message frequency, rates, HELP, STOP, support, and carrier disclosures.

Waveforce is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waveforce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
